Godfrey Care services are known for packing plenty into their outings, and Ashby House in Burton-on-Trent upheld that tradition in grand style during a fantastic holiday in Wales!

The support team organised a wide-ranging programme of activities throughout the week, giving everyone the opportunity to try new experiences and spend quality time together. From sports and creative activities to music and live entertainment, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

With a beautiful coastal location and glorious weather, relaxing beach time quickly became a staple of the trip. Regular dips in the sea provided a welcome way to cool down, while time spent exploring the fun fair and arcades proved equally popular. The people we support also enjoyed an arts and crafts session, giving everyone the chance to get creative and express themselves. The undisputed highlight of the holiday, however, was an evening disco, which had everyone singing at the top of their voices and filling the dancefloor from start to finish.
