Godfrey Care are delighted to celebrate some fantastic team news, with new appointments and internal progression recognising the experience, commitment and talent within our organisation.
Emma Johnson has joined us as Head of Quality, bringing extensive experience as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, supporting people with complex needs across secure services, specialist residential provision and NHS assessment and treatment services.
Over the past five years, Emma has focused on quality improvement and regulatory compliance, most recently as Head of Quality and Compliance at a national healthcare group.
Since joining Godfrey Care, Emma has already been visiting our services, meeting colleagues and the people we support, and seeing first-hand the dedication across the organisation. We’re delighted to welcome her to the team and look forward to working with her as we continue to strengthen quality and outcomes across our services.
Hayley Morgan has stepped up into the role of Head of Business Development, following 20 months as Business Development Lead supporting the growth of Godfrey Care. She is looking forward to continuing that journey, helping to grow the organisation while also building and developing an incredible team. We’re very grateful for the commitment, creativity and strategic thinking Hayley has brought to our growth over the past two years, and we’re excited to see what comes next in her new role.
Toni Parker has also stepped up into a new role, becoming Deputy Manager at our Dorset House service in Chesterfield. Toni has more than 20 years’ experience in the care sector and joined Godfrey Care 15 months ago, spending the past 13 months at Dorset House. Her commitment to person-centred care and support has seen her progress from Team Leader to Deputy Manager in just over a year. Toni is passionate about creating a safe, positive and enabling environment and is looking forward to continuing to support her team and uphold the high standards at Dorset House.
Congratulations to Hayley and Toni on your progression with Godfrey Care, and a warm welcome to the team, Emma!
