Crow Hill Drive
Our new residential care service currently under construction at Crow Hill Drive. A substantial detached property is being transformed into four apartments, each with its own garden, alongside the construction of two semi-detached bungalows, which will also enjoy their own gardens within the same grounds. Each apartment will be self-contained and designed to a bespoke specification. The service will also include thoughtfully designed communal spaces that encourage connection, independence and wellbeing.
Occupying a spacious and secluded site, the apartments will provides bespoke design and specification tailored to the needs of each individual . The service will benefit from the support of a skilled staff team, 24 hour hours a day, specifically trained in the specialist areas of Autism, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Active Support and Mental Health.
A Registered Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in complex services, that will work closely with the PBS Team to ensure that PBS Plans are developed, from initial assessments, transitions, function-based assessments, and the day- to-day delivery of care within the residential setting. This supports the care team to deliver the highest levels of person-centred care based on the identified needs of each individual.
