A manager with extensive knowledge and experience in complex services, that will work closely with the PBS lead to ensure that PBS plans are developed throughout all stages, from initial assessments, transitions, and the day- to-day delivery of care within the bungalow, that allow the care team to deliver the highest levels of person-centred care.

Regular input and reviews with wider care team and in-house PBS lead, to review presentation and agree actions to help the care team in the delivery of care for each individual.
