Rob McCready has joined us as Maintenance Manager, bringing over two decades of experience in health and care environments, strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to compliance and safety. His experience managing multi-site operations and building effective teams will be invaluable in maintaining high standards across our services.
Lorna Turner is our new Service Manager for Supported Living East Midlands. With an impressive 24-year career in health and social care, Lorna has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred support. Having progressed through a wide range of roles, most recently as Deputy Manager, she steps into her new position ready to drive positive outcomes.
Working closely with Lorna is Helen – our new Deputy Manager for Supported Living East Midlands – bringing a wealth of experience across residential care, mental health, and learning disabilities. Her career, rooted in compassion and person-centred support, reflects a strong commitment to empowering individuals to live independently and confidently.
Dawn Kay has been appointed as Finance Manager, bringing over 22 years of financial experience, with a comprehensive understanding of finance operations, from transactional processes to strategic oversight. She will lead our finance function, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong financial management.
Lorna Finegan has stepped into a new role as our Head of Operations after making a significant impact since joining us in 2025 as Regional Manager. With 16 years of experience across residential and supported living services, her leadership is grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a strong focus on quality care. She also continues to invest in her development through advanced leadership qualifications.
